Lucid Sets Guinness World Record for Longest EV Journey
According to Guinness World Records, the electric vehicle (EV) industry has reached another milestone. On July 8, 2025, Lucid Group, Inc. set a new GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS™ title for the longest journey by an electric car on a single charge. The Lucid Air Grand Touring traveled 1,205 kilometers (749 miles) without recharging.
The record-setting drive began in St. Moritz, Switzerland, and ended in Munich, Germany. Along the way, the EV crossed alpine roads, highways, and rural routes—proving its performance and efficiency in real-world conditions.
