By applying for a VIP Badge at EVIS Abu Dhabi 2025, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility Criteria:

• The VIP badge is strictly reserved for C-level executives, directors, policymakers, and senior government officials with decision-making and purchasing authority.

2. Pre-Confirmed Meetings Requirement:

• VIP applicants must schedule and confirm a minimum of five (5) prebooked meetings before the event.
• Meetings must take place onsite at the Market Gateway VIP area and last 20–30 minutes each.
• The EVIS VIP Relations Team will assist in introducing VIPs to relevant exhibitors, partners, and industry leaders and help facilitate meeting arrangements.
• Failure to schedule or attend the required meetings will result in no VIP badge.

3. Verification & Approval:

• All applications will be reviewed by the EVIS Abu Dhabi team, and approval is subject to meeting the eligibility criteria.
• The final confirmation of the VIP badge will only be granted after meeting requirements have been fulfilled.

4. Event App Access & Meeting Coordination:

• VIPs will receive access to the event app two week before the event to manage and finalize their meeting schedule.
• The EVIS VIP Relations Team will provide high-level assistance to coordinate meetings before the app launch and ensure seamless scheduling.

5. Onsite Badge Collection & Access:

• VIP badges will be issued only to those who meet the pre-confirmed meeting requirement.
• If the requirement is not met, the VIP status will not be granted and access to VIP areas may be denied.
• The VIP Relations Team will be available onsite to assist with meeting coordination, introductions, and schedule adjustments as needed.

6. General Conditions:

• VIP status is non-transferable.
• The organizers reserve the right to modify or revoke VIP status at any time if the terms are not adhered to.
